The beginning of the week is the perfect time for you to ground yourself, feel relaxed and unearth the animal deep within you.
Lose the tension in your body so you are at peace within your mind. Allow yourself to be grounded, centered, and calm so you feel the energy flow through your body.
When you enable yourself to be truly present, you can tune into yourself to reconnect with your inner animal.
Look through the eyes of the animal within you and notice the sensations in your body as you feel your strength, power, and vision.
It’s easy to forget the superpowers that naturally reside within you. When you reconnect with them you have additional strengths you can utilize in your week.
