In times of panic your breathing changes, your heartbeat races, and you become disconnected with yourself.
Use this meditation to slow down, control your thoughts and bring yourself back to your calm centered self.
Observe the thoughts that come into your awareness and as they come up, turn them into bubbles and watch them float away into the distance.
As you release each bubble breathe deeply, and notice how you feel calmer and how your heart begins to slow down.
Become more relaxed and notice the energy shift in your body. Allow all thoughts to move away and observe how you can bring yourself back home to you.
