Is Your Body Screaming For You To Take Time Off?

If you don’t take time away for yourself when you need to you’ll feel your life going downhill. You’ll struggle with your energy levels; your mental health, and your relationships will suffer, leading you to experience problems in your business. 

Entrepreneurs and business owners are notoriously bad at taking time off, but it’s crucial you take a break to have time for yourself, to recharge, and find yourself.

You may find it hard to take time away because your ego encourages you to push through and carry on but that’s often at the expense of your health. 

Understand that if you don’t take the break you won’t be able to achieve the personal and professional outcomes you want.

How Are You Feeling?

When you stop doing what you love because it feels heavy, or you feel there’s a block in your business it can be a sign for you to take the break you need so you can come back stronger. 

A change of scenery can create mental shifts and clarity for you.

When you disconnect and recharge, you come back with a clearer mind enabling you to tap into your creativity. Some of my best ideas have come to me shortly after returning from a trip away because I come back with a clear mind, having let go of things that were previously blocking me or weighing me down.

I’ve also noticed that the biggest jumps in my business have been on the other side of taking time out for myself.

I used to be bad at taking time off, but now when my intuition tells me I need to take some time I listen. The more I’ve become self-aware and connected with my body, the more I’m able to recognize the calling to take prolonged amounts of time away.

On return from my trips, I always come back feeling re-energized and stronger.

I’ve done different things in the past to recharge and disconnect; I’ve been away to attend events, taken plant medicines on trips to Peru, and been away for 10 days to sit peacefully for 10 hours each day in meditation.

Despite reading, meditation, and using my knowledge to keep my vibration high I’ve recently felt a strong desire to take another break. It’s time for me to listen to my body again, to take time away, and experience different surroundings and people. 

What’s Your Reason?

There may be one reason you want to take a break, or there can be many. Maybe you’re feeling sadness, or you’re under too much pressure? Are you attached to your phone too much and you need to disconnect? You might want to connect with new people and make new friends or your mind might need to go away to focus on learning or healing in a different environment? Perhaps your body is screaming for you to slow down? You may even need to go somewhere where you’re not around people wearing masks! 

I want to go away again because I feel a calling to go somewhere different to come back stronger for my clients and pass on what I learn. 

I want to be at my best and I’m going away because my mind, body, and soul is calling to relax and recharge. Every time I invest in myself, I’m able to go deeper with my clients and speed up the process of their transformation.

Come Back Stronger

I’ve noticed that when I’ve taken time away to relax or to grow and learn, the faster my clients have got results. When I’m recharged I have greater mental clarity; I fine-tune and tap into my intuition so I get into problems faster and help my clients resolve them. I’m always trying to keep ahead so I can bring a new skill set to the people I’m working with.

I want to resonate with and provide as much value as I can to help as many people as possible.

I want to come back stronger for my clients. I love to pass on what I learn, and be at my very best because I’m working with successful CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners. 

Feeling at my highest level of vibration is important to me. Accessing my intuition without any mental barriers is vital as I’m guiding people and bringing awareness to the things they cannot see.

I want to be the best man I can for myself, my relationships, my business, and for everyone I come into contact with. 

I now know myself well enough to take time away when I need to. Maybe you also need to take a break away? 

Going off-grid, and taking time out might be alien to you, but It’s important to create separation between how you feel right now and how you can feel. 

You’ll feel so glad you took time away for yourself. 

Jump on a plane, change your environment. Switch off and allow your nervous system to shift. You’ll look back and see it was the best decision you made for yourself and your business.
