When you create a hard shield to protect yourself from the world it blocks you from having deep connections with yourself and the people around you. 

This meditation takes you to an environment that’s relaxing for your mind and body so you can allow your shield to soften. 

Focus on the power of your heart to connect more deeply with yourself, and notice that as your shield weakens your energy becomes stronger. 

Become aware of the parts of your body that begin to feel lighter as you disarm the shield you created. It means the real you can shine through and you can connect with more people at your deepest level.
